January 26 @ 7:00 pm — February 24 @ 8:00 pm UTC-6
Foundations of Meditation Classes (Online or In-Person at Clear Sky)
Thursdays 7–8pm MST
A meditation circle is a group of people who gather together to practice meditation. These circles can take many forms and can be led by a teacher or facilitator, or can be self-led. The purpose of a meditation circle is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to practice meditation and to share their experiences with others. The format of a meditation circle can vary, but typically it involves a period of silence or guided meditation, followed by a time for reflection and discussion. Meditation circles can be found at meditation centers, yoga studios, community centers, and even in private homes. They can be open to anyone or can be specific to certain groups of people, such as veterans or cancer survivors.
